Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year.

Dear [fname],

ThermometerAs of this date we have raised $6,451.20 for the Stockholm marathon that I finished on May 30th – this brings the 11-year total raised for kidney cancer research in memory of my brother, and best friend, John to $71,451.20. We are now only $3,548.80 away from meeting our next major donation milestone of $75,000.00.

If you have already donated to kidney cancer research - thank you. If you have not donated yet I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider making a donation to such a worthy cause. Donations will be accepted up to December 31, 2009. 100% of your generous tax-deductible donation will go directly to the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Biologic Therapy Research Program and will be placed in the Kidney Cancer research fund in memory of John Rebello. The Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centers Tax ID# is 042-103-881. If your company has a Matching Gifts Program I encourage you to use the Program to help in the fight against kidney cancer.

50 US States Kidney Cancer Awareness Challenge:
One of the challenges that we will have over the next 26 months is to bring kidney cancer awareness to all of the 50 US States. If we are to meet this challenge we need to receive donations from the 24 US States that have not donated. I believe the challenge will be met if each of us contacts someone they know in the Red states and let them know about the efforts that we are making to help in finding a cure for this deadly disease. To help me track our efforts I have brought back my copyrighted cartoon of my "USMC Boot Camp Drill Instructor" — he is retired now so he no longer wears his uniform. He will be standing guard every month until we meet the challenge - he will smile once we meet the challenge.

The 24 US States that have not donated are in RED.
The 26 US States that have donated are in GREEN.

I would not be able to publish my monthly newsletters without the very creative Graphic design work of Christian Riggs, President of Riggs Creative Group. Christian has not only given his time and design expertise to the newsletter but he also designed and maintains my website.

Listed below are my corporate sponsors who have generously donated their “Best in Class” products and services to help me meet my mission. Without their generous support it would be very difficult for me to continue my mission.

Have a great day,
Bob Rebello
